Midlife Fitness Foundations

This is our flagship 8-week online health & fitness group coaching programme exclusively for women in midlife.
The package includes a personalised midlife fitness & nutrition plan designed around you, your lifestyle, and your goals, with 8 weeks of coaching and accountability to keep you on track.
The programme uses an evidence-based approach delivered by expert coaches.

Your coach will create a personalised plan based on your goals and preferences. Most of our clients are very busy, so a lot of thought goes into getting most ‘bang for your buck’.
Every plan is different, but they usually include strength training exercises (home or gym) to improve body composition, muscle & bone health. Movement and mobility work to increase your activity levels and help flexibility. Aerobic exercise to improve overall fitness and health.
We’ll come up with a plan that fits into your life….and then we’ll coach you through it.

Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. We see many women who want to change their body composition and end up tired and under-fuelled.
By logging your meals in a food journal, we’ll work with you to understand your eating patterns and to see where the quick wins are. This might be around timing of meals, understanding macronutrients, quantity and variety of food or refuelling after exercise.
You’ll learn new, evidence-based strategies from your coach based on the nutritional needs of women in midlife.

We take into account all of the essential factors that affect women’s health in midlife. Your plan really is tailored to you, so if you are concerned about your pelvic floor function, we’ll build that into your plan. If you have an injury or joint pain, we’ll work around it. And if we think that you need to chat to your GP about your menopausal symptoms, we’ll tell you straight away.
On a practical note, we listen to how much time you have each week, what time you like to work out, whether you have gym membership or want to exercise at home.
Turning Point

Fitness & nutrition support for women on weight-loss injections.
Turning Point is a lifestyle support programme for women in midlife who are using weight loss injections (also known as GLP-1 receptor agonists) such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. Evidence shows that people who do regular exercise whilst on weight loss injections are more likely to maintain their weight loss long-term. Our online coaching programme is supportive, flexible and discreet.
PT Online

Personal training online gives you a bespoke, monthly training programme and nutritional support designed by an expert midlife coach and delivered via our user-friendly app.
The programme can be done at a time and place to suit you, while regular contact with your coach provides the support you need to achieve your personal goals.
Your progress will be reviewed regularly and your programme will be tweaked to ensure it is always challenging, yet achievable.
Grab & Go

This 12-week, foundational strength programme, designed specifically for women in midlife is available as either a home-based or gym-based plan.
Created by expert coaches, it is a progressive strength programme that integrates midlife fitness essentials including pelvic floor, bone health, joint mobility and balance.
The programme, delivered via our user-friendly app, is a cost-effective way to kick start your health and fitness, without the ongoing commitment to a programme.
Midlife Fitness Foundations – Graduate Programme

Ongoing support with a monthly subscription for people who have completed our Midlife Fitness Foundations programme.
Keep the momentum going with structure, support, and accountability.
This affordable, flexible option* includes continued access to our app, ongoing nutrition support, personalised workouts and bespoke habit coaching.

Training & Education

Dr Anna Lowe has extensive experience in training and education. She has a PGCE in adult education and has developed and delivered many health and fitness courses. We have delivered training on many aspects of menopause, exercise and nutrition for health care professionals, coaches/PTs and workplaces.
