Midlife health
The health and fitness needs of women in midlife are unique. Women experience major hormonal changes that can affect energy levels, recovery times, mood and a host of other things.
Women in midlife are often ‘time-poor’ and it can be difficult to put your own health first. Our programmes are informed by recent research on women’s health so you can be confident that you are focussing your energy on what really matters.
How we work
You’ll be allocated an expert midlife coach based on your personal goals. Anna & Bev work together closely, so all our clients benefit from having ‘two heads’ in the design and delivery of their programme.
You’ll have a video-call with your coach, they will carry out a detailed assessment and create a personalised programme. You’ll have lots of communication with your coach throughout your programme.
We use a state-of-the-art smartphone app to deliver our fitness and nutrition programmes. The simple format will mean that you know exactly what’s expected everyday, and if it’s not quite right for you, we’re always on hand to tweak things.

We are only interested in sustainable change. We say YES to holistic, personalised programmes, evidence-based interventions, high levels of coaching support and sustainable lifestyle change.
We say NO thanks to fads, buzzwords & overnight transformations.
